The Pinto Horse Association is presenting Color Breed Congress at the Tulsa Expo Square from November 6th through November 12th. The exhibit will showcase four different horse breeds. Specific classes will be highlighted, and exhibitors will compete to win. A trade show will be included during the show with vendors from across Oklahoma.
