Come and join the anniversary of the Battle of Honey Springs with this special reenactment. The celebration takes place near Checotah Oklahoma at the Honey Springs Battlefield (East of Hwy 69 off Gertrude Avenue). Spectators will enjoy seeing the critical point in Civil War engagement in the Indian Territory.
This Civil War reenactment takes place every other year and includes educational opportunities. Over fifteen-hundred spectators will view living history on the sidelines. For more info, please call 918-473-5572.
